Institutional email verification (step 5) is not required to complete registration but must be finished before you can submit a contest entry or proposal.

5. Service Usage Restrictions

You may not use automated means to access the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or interfere with its normal operation. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access for any user who violates these restrictions.

6. Contest and Proposal Submissions

Submissions made through the contest and proposal features are subject to the eligibility and review conditions summarized below.

Member

An individual who has completed account registration and agreed to these Terms.

Submission

Any proposal, entry, or content submitted by a member through the contest or call-for-proposal features.

Content

Any text, data, or file uploaded, posted, or transmitted through the Service.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of SK hynix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any Content you submit, but grant us a limited license to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Submission of false or misleading information.
• Extended account inactivity, subject to prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability
